Club Picture on Wednesday
There will be a Thespian Meeting during High School lunch on the Wednesday the 22nd. We will meet in Mr. Gabbard’s room, and then go down to the gym to take our club picture. Please bring your lunch and be prompt.
Less then a month until production
We open in less then a month. This is what they commonly refer to as "crunch time". With lines to memorize, candles to sell, costumes to fit, ads to sell, and promotion to do there is a lot going on. Please keep yourself health and focus on the tasks at hand. Keep the communication lines open and remember support, commitment and sacrifice.
Upcoming Due Dates
Next week we have two important due dates
1) Wednesday October 24th- Florida Theatre Conference interest sheet with payment is due for all those planning on going to this event at Santa Fe College. This means you cast of Abra Cadaver.
2) Friday October 26th- International Thespian Society District Individual Events Form.
Both forms are available below.

Below is a list of hard to find items that will help Animal Farm be as successful as possible. This list will grow, as we get closer to the production so I encourage you to check back frequently. If you have access to any of these items and are interested in making a permanent donation (meaning you will not get the item back) please contact Mr. Gabbard to make accommodations. 1st GENERAL MEETING of 2014-2015
TUESDAY AUGUST 26, 2014 6:30pm in the PAC.
This meeting is inteded for parents/guardians of students currently enrolled in:
HS VOCAL ENSEMBLE
MS PERFORMING ARTS (gr 6, 7 & 8)
HS CONCERT CHORUS
HS WOMEN'S CHORUS
(6th gr chorus wheel & MS drama parents do not need to attend this meeting, we will see you at open house!)
**Parents/Guardians are strongly encouraged to attend for important information regarding your child's PERFORMING ARTS COURSES and ACTIVITIES at PKY! (students do not need to attend this meeting)**
This is the form for selling advertisements for the 2014-2015 performing arts season. Help us sell ads to support our program. The due date for this to be returned to Mr. Gabbard is October 10th.

This form is for those High School students interested in attending the Individual Event district event on November 15th. The due date for this to be returned to Mr. Gabbard is September 26th.
